About Us

Den is a Train Driver for Colas Rail (UK) with nearly thirty years experience on the footplate and who still enjoys his job. But the railway today is much different to when Den's career began in 1988.

So ten years ago, whilst working for a different company, ideas were formulated that might bring back a little variety and of course generate some work and revenue for the employer. 

"The Great Eastern Freighter" was our first tour which ran on August 10th 2013 in aid of Alzheimer's Society. Since then we have supported ADRA and Macmillan.
